Marimekko’s new print library Maripedia opens Marimekko’s extensive pattern archive to the public. Maripedia offers an overview of Marimekko’s art of printmaking from the 1950s to the 2020s. The print library provides a chance to explore and search for hundreds of Marimekko prints, discover their designers and enjoy the stories behind the patterns.
Find your favorite prints
In Maripedia, users can take a picture of any Marimekko print from physical environment with their mobile devices, and search for it with the library’s AI-powered image search feature. Maripedia also showcases products currently available in the print in question at marimekko.com.

Since the early 1950s, Marimekko designers have created some 3,500 prints.
