The Management Group and Board of Directors of Marimekko Corporation and their closely associated persons are obliged to notify any transaction related to Marimekko´s shares or other financial instruments to Marimekko Corporation and the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) (Market Abuse Regulation, Article 19).
Notifications shall be made to Marimekko Corporation at the latest within two (2) days and to FIN-FSA at latest within three (3) after the date of the transaction.
Instructions for submitting the notification
1. Please fill in the notification form in the FIN-FSA electronic services at https://asiointi.finanssivalvonta.fi/en/login. The electronic services require strong identification by using the Suomi.fi authentication service or, if you do not have a Finnish personal identification number, by using the FIN-FSA registration. The FIN-FSA registration can be found on the front page of the FIN-FSA electronical services under the link “I do not have a Finnish identity number”. The notification form can be found on the electronic transactions home page under ”Services”, ”Manager´s transactions”.
You can fill in the form in a browser by selecting “Form”. Information needed on the form:

2. Once you have filled in the form in the FIN-FSA electronical services, you can see a summary of the notification on the third page (Summary). From the fourth page of the form (Submission) you can download the notification in pdf format (a separate pdf icon). Please download the pdf to your files and send it to Marimekko Corporation by email to trading@marimekko.com. After that, please send the notification to the FIN-FSA by clicking the “Send” button at the top of the fourth page in the electronical services.

Publishing the information
Marimekko Corporation publishes the notification it has received in a stock exchange release promptly after the receipt of the notification.
