Marimekko holds 77,790 of its own shares, representing some 0.19 percent of the total number of the company’s shares. Marimekko shares held by the company carry no voting rights and no entitlement to dividends.
The Board of Directors has an authorization to decide on the acquisition of the company’s own shares.
